The Benefits of Creativity

Event Date: Monday 25th April 2016
Event Time: 1pm - 3pm

“The Benefits of Creativity”
After a brain injury it is often difficult to think about developing new interests and/or engaging in activities that can promote recovery, reduce stress and increase self-confidence. In this session you will have the opportunity of learning about different forms of creative art and the benefits it can have on well-being for everyone, including survivors of brain injury.

The session will be led by Petra, a professional ceramic artist and art tutor who has years of experience helping people to express themselves using art, develop new skills and improve self-confidence.

Join us at the Headway Hub, the Arena, Neasham Road, Darlington, DL2 1DL
